What happens when a bike is damaged?
Every renter is responsible for the damage to the rental bike. Normal wear and tear is not going to be charged. Structural and heavy damage will be. That’s why you should read the rental contract carefully. We always advice our costumers to respect the traffic rules and stay in the front of large groups.
Off course we will look for a reasonable solution in case the bike is damaged.
Do groups bookings get a discount on the rental price?
From five rental bikes we can offer a discount. This depends on your location, rental period and availability. Contact is for more information.
Am I allowed to bring the bike back earlier then the booking period?
Off course you can always bring your bike back earlier. Only in special situations a refund of the rental amount will be made.
Does the bike have lights?
The bikes are not equipped with lights. You are allowed to put this on the rental bike.
What are the prices for these accessories?
Every bike is equipped with pedals (Shimano SDP-SL, Shimano SPD of Keo Look) and a saddlebag with multi-tool, inner tube, tire levers, Co2 cartridge and Co2 pump.
We do not charge for these accessories. If you need a helmet or water bottle, we offer these at no additional charge.
Can the bike be delivered?
The bike can be delivered, we charge a small fee for this and can only be done early in the morning or evening. In our shop we have all the right tools and parts to properly set the bike up for you. That’s why we always advice to pick up the bike yourself.
